Parents/Guardians,
Waccamaw High School will be offering free sports physical for any student who is interested in playing a school sport for the 24/25 school year. Physicals will be held on Thursday, May 23, from 3:30 - 5:30 in the main gym at WHS.
Students MUST have a completed history form and blank physical form with them when attending. Click here for forms.
All physicals dated before April 1, 2024, will expire June 30th. The physical on May 23 will cover all athletes for the 2024-2025 school year.
Parents do not have to be present at the physical, so our parents that have to go to senior night that night can drop off their underclassman at the gym and continue on to the auditorium.
