Gator Community,
The start of school is right around the corner and we couldn’t be more excited. Teacher homeroom assignments were mailed out yesterday to those who have registered for the upcoming school year. If you have not registered your child, your child will not receive their homeroom assignment in the mail. You can still register online by logging into your PowerSchool Parent Portal account, or you may register during our Open House. Once your child is registered you will receive their teacher assignment for the 23/24 school year. Please remember for registration to be complete, we will need proof of residency. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the school. We are looking forward to a Great Gator Year!
Please check out the dates below:
- Tuesday, August 1 – WIS Open House from 4:30 to 6:30
- At Open House parents and students will be able to:
- Meet their teacher(s)
- Sign-up for PTO
- Sign-up for transportation
- Walk the school
- Take School ID Pictures
- Receive information about Carolina Kids After School Program
- 6th grade students should report directly to their homeroom teacher to receive their full schedule (If missing proof of residency, student will not receive their full schedule).
- Parents/Guardians who have not completed registration for their child will have an opportunity to complete registration during Open House. Once registration is complete, students will receive their teacher/homeroom assignment. One form of proof of residency is required for completion of registration.

- Thursday, August 3 – First Day of School
- 2023-2024 School Hours: 7:30-2:30
- Drop off begins at 7:00
- 2023-2024 School Hours: 7:30-2:30
