Dear parent/guardian:
Each year, our school partners with the Horry Georgetown Technical College Nursing Program to complete SC DHEC recommended mass screenings on students in identified grade levels. If any part of the screening is abnormal, the school nurse will repeat the screening and notify you of the results and steps for formal evaluations with a primary care provider. Please note that results of screenings are confidential and are not discussed with persons other than the parent/guardian.
