We are pleased to inform you that the South Carolina Department of Public Health (DPH) will be offering flu shots to students at Georgetown Middle School on October 30, 2024. This is a great opportunity to protect your child from the flu this season.
To ensure your student receives a flu shot, online registration is required. The deadline to register is October 21, 2024. Please follow the steps below to complete the registration process:
Visit the South Carolina DPH website or the link provided by the school.
Fill out the necessary consent forms for flu shot administration.
Submit all required information by the October 21 deadline to guarantee your child’s spot.
