The Georgetown County Board of Education will conduct a public hearing on the 2024-25 budget for the Georgetown County School District at 12:00p.m. on Thursday, June 20, 2024, at J.B. Beck Administration and Education Center, 2018 Church Street, Georgetown, SC. Final consideration of the 2024-25 budget will immediately follow the hearing.
Proposed Operation Budget for FY25 - $117,402,920. This is an 8.5% increase over the FY 24 Approved Operations Budget. The proposed budget includes a 5.9 mill increase in school tax for operations.
