Procurement Mission Statement
The procurement function of Business Services is responsible for acquiring all equipment, materials, and services needed to equip, maintain, and operate schools, offices, machinery, and grounds. The department's goal is to ensure the district's best interests while maximizing the value of every purchase dollar through intelligent action and fair dealing. The procurement office provides purchasing assistance and distribution services to schools, administrative offices, and vendors from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding official holidays.
