GCSD Football Spectator Guidelines and Procedures 

General Guidelines:

  • All staff, spectators and other auxiliary groups should stay home if they have a fever or feel sick.
  • All staff, spectators, and anyone associated with an auxiliary group must wear a face covering at all times.
  • All spectators and anyone associated with an auxiliary group must maintain 6 feet social distancing at all times during the event. (Consideration will be given to families from the same household).
  • Megaphones and any other similar artificial noisemakers that could potentially spread respiratory droplets are prohibited for use by spectators.
  • Spectators, including parents, will not be allowed to visit with any athlete in the facility once the contest is over to prevent congregating and large group gatherings.
  • Spectators must remain in spectator seating or standing areas at all times.
  • Sidelines should be limited to essential personnel only.


  • Gathering of crowds for tailgating or other social interactions is prohibited.
  • Upon exiting the vehicle, all persons must put on their face covering.
  • Capacity is limited to accommodate social distancing (6 feet).
  • Only SCHSL passes, Golden Passports, and GCSD Employee Passes will be accepted for admittance until capacity has been reached. Once capacity has been reached, no one else will be admitted.
  • All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Exact change should be used if possible to prevent money from having to be exchanged.

Andrews High School

All tickets will be pre-sold.  No tickets will be sold at the gate.

Tickets will be made available to players to purchase for their families on Mondays and Tuesdays of game weeks (limit 4 per player).

Tickets will be made available to students to purchase on Tuesdays and Thursdays during lunch (limit 4 per student).

Tickets will be made available to the public to purchase on Wednesdays and Fridays (if tickets are still available) from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm at the auxiliary gym (limit 6 per person). 

Carvers Bay High School

Friday is a presale day for CBHS fans and tickets go on sale at CBHS from 1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.  Tickets may be purchased in the Auxiliary Gym for $7.00 per ticket.

General admission tickets and passes starting at 6:00 p.m. at CBHS entrance.

Tickets will be sold at entrance location while fans are still in their vehicle.

After securing admission, fans will be directed to parking venues.

Fans will take tickets to gate entrance where they will be wanded and turn in ticket or directed to pass gate and show pass and sign in.

Georgetown High School

Monday/Tuesday - Parents of the GHS Football Program may purchase tickets through Coach Noonan, up to 5 tickets.  BTeam Players’ parents must purchase for them and must accompany to ballgame.  At close of business on Tuesday, the number of tickets provided to the opponent and number of tickets sold to the parents of players will be subtracted from 1222 and made available to the public.

Wednesday – Ticket sales will be opened up to the student body and to the public.  Tickets will be sold during school hours only (9 a.m. – 4 p.m.) through the Main Office at $7 per ticket (limit of 4 per paying customer).  Please have exact currency and please respect all Covid 19 regulations in place per GCSD.  Tickets will be sold conditionally, as available, on Thursday and Friday.  Announcements will be made.  GHS Students must have their ID at the time of purchase, and may only buy 2 tickets.

Waccamaw High School

For Parents of Waccamaw Football Players, Cheerleaders and Dance Team Members:
Tickets must be purchased at practice on Tuesday.  Each player may purchase up to four tickets.

For Students:
Students may purchase a single ticket for themselves only.  Tickets are available Tuesday – Thursday during designated times.

An announcement of the number of remaining tickets will be made public on Thursday through various social media outlets and will be sold from 4-5pm in front of the high school on GAME DAY.  This will be done on a first come, first serve basis.  After 5pm on GAME DAY, no other tickets can be purchased.
