How long will schools be closed? At this time schools will be closed until March 31, 2020. Additional updates will be shared once further information is provided.

Where do I call if my device doesn't work? Call the Information Technology Department at 843-436-7210 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday.

How do I get in touch with my child's teacher? Teachers have established platforms to include, but are not limited to: email, Google Classroom, Google Hangouts, Remind, etc. Teachers will monitor their email and Google Classroom.

Free meals for students:
What if parents have no transportation to get to a school serving meals? GCSD is evaluating sites in the 4 attendance areas to create additional pick up sites for meals. Information regarding times and locations will be published as soon as it is available.

Does the child have to be a student at the school they are picking up from? No, as long as the child is present and age 18 or under, they are able to receive a meal.
