JOB FUNCTIONS: 

  1. Cuts lawns. Trims and edges around walks, flower beds, and walls.
  2. Operates a small tractor in maintaining grounds.
  3. Prunes shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth or remove damaged leaves, branches, or twigs.
  4. Cuts down and removes trees.
  5. Sprays lawn, shrubs, and trees with fertilizer, herbicides, and insecticides. Rakes, bags, and burns leaves. 
  6. Cleans grounds and removes litter.
  7. Digs and refills ditches.
  8. Plants grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs. Waters lawn and shrubs.
  9. Cleans out drainage ditches and culverts.

TITLE: Food Service Secretary

2. Computer skills to include ability to use common word processing and spreadsheet software and food service accountability software.
3. College level courses in secretarial science, accounting, business administration desirable.
4. Two years experience in secretarial, clerical and/or fiscal operations in food service or comparable activity.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Processes meal applications for each school. keeps files current and generates reports to SASI Student Information Systems clerks and food service managers. Workers with Food Service Managers to assure all students are accounted for based on eligibility standards.
2. Performs general secretarial duties.
3. Receives invoices from each cafeteria, checks for extensions and bid prices, processes invoices with account numbers to be charged.
4. Transposes menu and nutritional analysis information in format to be posted on serving lines.
5. Sends copies of food and supply order guides out to the cafeterias each month for weekly orders. Receives phone orders every Wednesday and Thursday from each cafeteria, processes the orders, and electronically sends orders to vendors.
6. Processes requisition orders from the cafeterias placed for items ordered from the central warehouse or from an office supply vendor.
7. Places work orders to maintenance department when equipment or kitchen repairs are needed.
8. Maintains files for routine, repeat paperwork: production records, invoice payment, employee time sheets, DHEC inspections, hood cleaning and pest control.
9. Stocks all forms and accounting paperwork pertaining to School Food Service as needed by each food service unit and serves as food service manager contact for replacement needs.
10. Updates SNA (School Nutrition Association) Membership and certification information in employee folders.
11. Completes other duties as assigned by supervisor.

TITLE: Electrician - Facilities

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Ability to climb in overhead structures, to work beneath machines and in close quarters performing analysis and repair work.
2. Valid SC Driver's License to operate campus vehicles in conjunction with assigned duties.
3. All positions in the Facilities Maintenance Services Department require a high degree of professionalism and courtesy to all staff and students. Must project a positive image and attitude.

Job Functions:
1. Plans details of working procedure by determining replacement needs or new material required and develops a logical approach to correct the problem.
2. Analyzes circuits, wiring diagrams and drawings to install, repair, calibrate, service or replace electronic devices and systems.
3. Performs work requiring a thorough knowledge of electrical theory and principles, National Electric Code, properties of materials and principles of operation of electrical equipment. Starts up and shuts down equipment in accordance with company safety procedures along with OSHA requirements.
4. Installs, repairs, and maintains power distribution wiring, splicing pieces as required. 
5. Determines need for, analyzes, and makes necessary running adjustments, repairs, and overhauls.
6. Notifies supervisor of potentially dangerous electrical equipment and ensures the corrective action is taken.
7. Checks and maintains emergency generators and air compressors located at various campuses.
8. Rotates as a member of departmental "On-Call" team in the event of a facilities emergency. This includes making sure all vehicles are fully serviced and available for use during the weekend.
9. May work with a mechanical team on major installations, working with other trades such as plumber, carpenter, groundskeeper, mechanic etc.

TITLE: BEHAVIOR INTERVENTIONIST III (RBHS)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or other related Behavioral Health field from an accredited institution of high learning.
2. Licensed eligible Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor or Doctoral Psychologist preferred.
3. Minimum of 3 years working in the field of social work and/or clinical counseling with children and adolescents.

Physical Requirements:

Job Duties:
1. Oversee daily activities of RBHS Behavioral Interventionists and sign off on all Medicaid related documentation.
2. Collaborate with RBHS team members, school personnel, and family members to develop an individual Plan of Care to include therapeutic services for specific students.
3. Provide assessments, behavioral intervention, and individual, family, and group therapy to identified students.
4. Conduct home visits for the purpose of service coordination and therapy appointments.
5. Participate in and provide all information for Individualized Education Plan meetings, Family Treatment Plan Meetings, Behavioral Manifestation Hearings, DJJ Hearings, and all other students specific meetings as deemed necessary by the client, their guardian, or school personnel.
6. Complete all necessary RBHS paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
7. Oversee documentation of Medicaid services by the RBHS team and/or ancillary interventionist staff in order to assure all billings procedures and policies are accurately followed at identified school location and entered in the computer system in a timely manner.
8. Participate in identified in-service trainings.
9. Participate in all individual and group supervision sessions provided by the RBHS Coordinator.
10. Facilitate RBHS team meetings and provide individual and group supervision to behavioral interventionists, as needed.
11. Properly maintain all clinical records as outlined by the Department of Health and Human Services standards.
12. Respond to school administration concerns/questions about services to students enrolled in RHBS at their school.
13. Maintain CPI Certification Status.
